Effex seeks a Process Technician to support production operations and improve assembly processes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient manufacturing procedures while maintaining high-quality standards.

$14.50 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience $1.00 increase after 90-day probationary period

Key Responsibilities:

Perform time studies and line balancing on assembly lines. Support facility layout and improvement projects. Train operators on assembly processes. Identify and implement process improvements for quality and productivity. Design and introduce new tools to enhance operations. Collaborate with Test and Quality Engineers to resolve manufacturing issues. Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement efforts. Provide ongoing production floor support. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of Tact Time Analysis, Lean Production, KanBan, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Understanding of Six Sigma quality systems. Familiarity with Manufacturing BOM (Bill of Materials). Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, and SAP. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience in process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
