You will play a pivotal role in optimizing machine performance, mentoring technical staff, and executing large-scale equipment overhauls to ensure peak facility output. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify mechanical wear and optimize machine center performance. Perform advanced root cause analysis to implement corrective measures that minimize downtime and enhance system longevity. Lead and collaborate within specialized teams to execute annual machine rebuilds and major equipment overhauls. Provide expert technical guidance to plant maintenance teams to resolve complex production challenges. Develop and deliver hands-on training modules to elevate the technical proficiency of engineering personnel. Assess and validate the skill levels of technical staff through structured evaluations and on-the-job coaching. Contribute to the strategic planning of facility maintenance and long-term process improvements. Qualifications Required Skills Associate's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial automation or a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proven track record of 2+ years in project management or team leadership. Demonstrated ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on complex production machinery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio) for documentation and reporting. Ability to travel up to 75% to support various facility locations. Preferred Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. 6+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation roles. 4+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem solving.
