Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking an Engineering Subject Matter Specialist to work at Red River Army Depot in the Texarkana, TX area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position. Responsibilities Provide professional engineering advice and technical assistance supporting production and overhaul operations. Support planning activities prior to the start of work and assist with validation and verification of pilot overhaul processes. Advises and assists production personnel, supervisors, and managers over production operations. Assist with the resolution and prevention of production problems. Interpret engineering drawings and vehicle repair procedures to support production activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing engineering support within production, manufacturing, maintenance, or vehicle overhaul environments. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, technical documentation, and repair procedures. Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
Clearance:
Active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
