Months Role Descriptions:
Provide production support for Master Data Management (MDM) applications, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous availability. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production defects within defined SLAs. Collaborate with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions. Perform job monitoring, scheduling, and support activities using MFT and AutoSys tools (preferred experience). Maintain support documentation, participate in release activities, and drive process improvements for operational excellence.
