What are your contributions to the team? Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with groups of 10-15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics. Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability. Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting quickly to new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
