Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Facility Operator to help with the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This vital role involves maintaining the facility, the equipment, and the manufacturing process, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting continuous production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical expertise, a strong handyman with prior all-in responsibilities and experience. Someone with a passion for industrial maintenance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Join us to contribute to our state-of-the-art manufacturing process. Having prior experience in food and beverage processes is a plus. Duties Monitor and maintain the facility, building, and all its components. Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment used in the beverage manufacturing process, including maintaining pressures in multiple tanks, and processes. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery. Have a good understanding of the manufacturing process, including the line production. Troubleshoot mechanical issues both with the building and equipment maintenance. Participate in building and facility expansion and improvement projects. Operate field service tools like scissor and fork lifts safely to access elevated materials, equipment and building components. Read and interpret charts related to pressure for water and other liquids used in the manufacturing process. Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance and analysis skills during field service visits or troubleshooting sessions. Maintain health and safety standards by adhering to protocols for high-voltage systems, HVAC/R equipment, and industrial mechanics Qualifications Prior experience in any food and beverage processes would be a plus. Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance skills. Having done building maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work. Hands-on work with similar trades is a must as the work includes physical work in building maintenance as well as monitoring and working with the manufacturing equipment. Electrical experience involving low-voltage and high-voltage systems; ability to use ammeters and ohmmeters for troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external clients during field service activities We look forward to adding a dedicated and hard-working member to our team.
