Major Job Responsibilities will include:
Produce and batch in-spec concrete for area projects. Dispatch daily trucks for safe and timely delivery of concrete. Manage phones to assist concrete customers with daily orders. Maintain sufficient inventory of raw material to meet plant needs. Complete daily reporting and paperwork accurately and timely. Manage the preventative maintenance schedule and perform minor repairs as needed. Help resolve quality or customer issues. Address or escalate personnel issues. Promote a people-first and safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must possess and maintain a valid California driver's license and qualify under KRC Safety Fleet Policy. Must be available to work overtime and weekends. Regular attendance required. Communicate efficiently with customers and company personnel . Extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and of the company products. Ability to take initiative to increase the quality of one's skills to become more efficient . Ability to read and interpret maps. Perform mathematical functions pertaining to billing, volumes, quantities, etc. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
