Plant Operator

Overview:

Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in a clean energy startup focused on advanced iron purification.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and optimize plant processes Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting Track production data Follow safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout)

Requirements:

3+ years operating chemical or liquid-based plant LOTO experience required SCADA or DCS experience preferred (higher pay)

Work Environment:

Training in Boulder; long-term role in Broomfield 12-hour rotating day/night shifts PPE required (lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, steel toes)
