In this role, you will be responsible for managing the transfer of FCOJ in pipelines, monitoring tank levels, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in operation, mechanical systems, and control technologies will be essential to maintaining optimal tank farm performance. Duties Operate and monitor equipment used for tank filling, loading, and maintenance activities Manage the transfer of FCOJ through pipelines, ensuring proper flow and safety protocols are followed Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) to regulate tank operations and process controls Conduct routine inspections of tanks, pipes, valves, and mechanical components to identify issues early Perform equipment repair or coordinate maintenance with technical teams to minimize downtime Maintain accurate records of tank levels, transfer activities, and maintenance logs Skills Hands-on experience with or similar industry environments and ability to pass a background screening. Strong mechanical knowledge related to tanks, pipelines, valves, and control systems Proficiency in operating machinery such as yard dogs, forklifts, or other equipment Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) used in process automation Knowledge of GMP standards, safety procedures, and environmental regulations Basic math skills for measuring quantities and troubleshooting system issues Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding conditions Join us as a Tank Farm Operator to play a vital role in managing infrastructure within the Orange Juice tank farm.
