What you have:
Previous experience in the operation of manufacturing equipment Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Continuous standing Frequent walking Frequent pushing and pulling Frequent upper extremity use Ability to maintain good attendance Commitment to keep yourself and others safe Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and quickly adapt to changes What you'll do: Run multiple lines within department Fill in for Crew Chief/ Shift Leader when needed Set up, operate and perform maintenance on production equipment Train others on internal processes and procedures Maintain records, reports and other documentation Remain safety-focused Mohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
