Full Job Description Summary:
Jensen's Pressure Grouting Services was founded in 2001 to provide high-quality pressure grouting services, structural support, earth retention services and slab jacking for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Locally owned and operated, the Jensen's team takes great pride in treating every job as a special opportunity. We are seeking to add a motivated Pressure Grouting Foreman to our growing team. The Pressure Grouting Foreman provides hands‑on supervision and assists grouting crews with equipment setup, material handling, grout mixing, injection support, site cleanup, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety‑minded, a strong leader, and willing to work in demanding construction environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks appropriately to crew members, ensuring that materials, equipment, and personnel are used effectively Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of pressure grouting equipment, including grout pumps, hoses, mixers, and injection lines Mix grout materials (cementitious, chemical, or epoxy grouts) according to specifications Handle, load, and stage cement, additives, water, and tools at the job site Oversee grout injection operations, including monitoring hoses, pressures, and material flow Assist as needed with general labor tasks such as drilling support, cleanup, shoveling, lifting, and site maintenance Communicate with customers regarding field operations and project schedules Enforce all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, confined space awareness, and hazard controls Communicate effectively with project managers, super intendent, operators, and crew members Assist with traffic control, excavation support, and site protection as required Work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions
Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • OSHA 10 certification Required (Company can provide training for OSHA 30)
  • Confined Space certified preferred (Company can provide training)
  • Experience with pressure grouting applications. These applications include, building bulk heads, pump operator, chemical injections, operations of Gunite machine and shotcrete, ability to operate drill rig, bobcat operation, mini excavator, ability to repair minor repairs on heavy equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform heavy physical labor (lifting 50-75 lbs repeatedly)
  • Willingness to work long hours, early starts, nights, or weekends as project demands require
  • Ability to run jobs within all operations of pressure grouting division unassisted from mobilization, running site and demobilization.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Reliable transportation to job sites

Pay:
$24.00-32.00 per hour Bonus eligible Employer is a Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation Certified Drug Free Workplace. All employees are subject to a preemployment drug screen and are subject to random drug screens throughout tenure with the employer.
