Plant Operator - Abilene, KS This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary:
+ Following & participating in all
GMP , HACCP
, and Food Safety rules + Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; to understand and follow all company safety procedures + Operate processing equipment while monitoring system + Periodic performance of preventative maintenance as required + Monitor product quality during processing + Cleaning/sanitation of work area and other areas assigned + Good communication and writing skills are required + Other responsibilities that may be added/assigned as the business needs change
Job Requirements:
+ Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and overtime/holidays as needed + Lift 50 pounds + Work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend + Work in variety of hot and cold, wet conditions ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
