• Job Summary and Qualifications
• What you will do in this role: + Start and stop power plant equipment according to an established policy.

+ Determine problems with equipment malfunctions. Make minor repairs. + Handle emergency failures of essential utilities such as emergency power, water, gas, and other. + Run building status and print and file information. + Make engineering rounds every two hours and log findings in logbook. Pass on any necessary information to relief supervisor. + Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. + Respond to emergency maintenance calls. + Other duties as assigned.

• What qualifications you will need:
• + High School diploma or equivalent + Previous Boiler Room/Maintenance experience preferred
