Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in a plant environment. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Previous experience in a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities Operate and monitor refinery or nuclear plant equipment according to established procedures. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and systems. Respond to operational issues and alarms promptly and effectively. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe plant operations. Assist in the installation, repair, and upkeep of plant equipment. Maintain accurate logs and records of operational activities and readings.
