Offshore Field Joint Coating Supervisor

We are urgently seeking an experienced Offshore FJC Supervisor to support active Field Joint Coating operations in Houma, LA. This is a full-time, temporary assignment (1+ month) working 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, in a fast-paced offshore environment. The role oversees offshore coating activities including equipment setup, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and production execution to ensure compliance with project specifications, PQT requirements, and HSE standards. The ideal candidate will lead FJC Technicians while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality coating performance, as well as driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise daily offshore FJC coating operations, equipment setup, maintenance, and application activities Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs) Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PTW systems, PQT procedures, and project specifications Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coating systems Review inspection results and ensure coating quality meets client and project standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred 3-5+ years of offshore Field Joint Coating or oil & gas offshore experience required Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, coating equipment, schematics, and troubleshooting Ability to work in offshore environments, rotating schedules, and physically demanding conditions (up to 75 lbs) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must pass a drug screen and background check Valid TWIC Card and valid Medical Certification (CG-719K) required NACE (AMPP) CIP Level 1 or 2 certification is
