Job Description
Essential Functions:
Operate and load materials into the batch plant with precision and care.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment.
Oversee maintenance of all related areas, equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the batch plant.
Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills for
Success:
Proficiency in operating the batch plant and Command Alkon SystemDetailed knowledge of the batch plant operations and equipmentAbility to operate equipment effectivelyBasic mechanical skills for maintenance and repairs of the batch plantHands-on experience operating forklifts, front end loader, and ready-mix truck.
Experience in materials handling, fabrication, and batch plant repair.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in concrete batch plants or related fieldCommitment to safety and quality standards
