The role can be brought in as a Control Room Operator, Shift Supervisor, or Auxiliary Operator depending on experience. Navy and military experience are highly desired with growth potential to support our clients fleet in a leadership role mentoring other operators long term.

Job Description:

Oversee the start-up, operation, and shutdown of all equipment, including turbine generators, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment. Actively lead and participate in Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Compliance Programs, fostering a culture of safety among the team. Promote personal accountability for safety by adhering to and enforcing all company safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate completion of the daily log and other plant records. Conduct periodic reviews of logs and records to verify effective functioning of tag-out procedures, equipment status, and administrative systems. Supervise the administrative maintenance of plant operating manuals, technical references, prints and diagrams, and preventive/predictive maintenance records. Communicate plant abnormalities to personnel and management, ensuring a coordinated response to issues. Monitor the performance of plant equipment and take appropriate corrective action when alarms are activated, coordinating with the operations team as necessary. #ENG1
