Key Responsibilities:

Operate the ready-mix batch plant using advanced computerized batching systems. Manage material inventories to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, equipment, and ready-mix units to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve plant maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime. Prepare accurate daily reports to track production and quality metrics. Optimize plant operations to control costs while delivering consistent, high-quality products.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders as needed. Ability to run a loader is

PREFERRED

. Previous experience as a plant technician or in batching operations is advantageous. NCDOT certification is a plus.
