Job Description

Description:
Our Salt Water Disposal Facility Operators are responsible for the 24/7 operational maintenance duties of the facility. All operators are required to perform the maintenance duties assigned in addition to demonstrate the capability to lift heavy filter socks and/or filter bags. Regular work shifts are 12 hours in length rotating day & night shift. We run a 2/1 schedule, working 2 weeks on and 1 week off (Wednesday - Tuesday). You will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the facility. Employee-only housing is available as a bedroom in shared apartment for $600/mo. Work performance is conducted in all-weather conditions, inside and outside the facility buildings. Operators are in charge of site security, housekeeping of entire facility & trucker lounge, coordinating truck unloading processes, fluid transfers, and reporting. You will also consistently interact with truck drivers and maintain good customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather & verify accurate truck tickets and complete daily report using Excel. Change filter socks and filter screens when necessary. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor. Monitor fluid transfers and tank levels. Enforce facility rules and policies. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Conduct hourly facility maintenance and inspections Verify all equipment is in operational condition and report issues to supervisor immediately. Conduct all housekeeping duties to provide a safe and productive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel 1 year minimum mechanical or SWD experience Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and pass physical Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
