Responsible for operation of the dry blend facilities with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsible to move product with ability to safely operate Forklift and Loader. Responsible for maintenance and use of assigned equipment. Responsible for coordinating inventories with supervisor. Maintains accurate records as directed by supervisor. Must be reliable and have high attention to detail. Responsible for unloading train cars with agronomy products as needed. Direct assigned area inventory control of agronomy products, non-billed product and services, theft, damage, aging, and deterioration. Ensure personnel and physical assets meet company safety, environmental, health, regulatory, maintenance, quality and customer standards

Maintains clean well organized facilities. Loads and unloads products according using proper procedures. Delivers agronomy products, loads and unload products as necessary. Stays abreast of new technologies, application methods, equipment and crop inputs. Follows all company rules and policies. Complies with all applicable OSHA, EPA and FDA rules and regulations. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor. Takes an active role in promoting growth, progress and profitability of the cooperative. Takes an active part in building high morale within the employee group. Serve member patrons in a manner that will improve the economic well being and increase their patronage of the cooperative. Attend meeting and training sessions as directed by supervisor. Responsible for immediately correcting and notifying supervisor of any potential health or safety hazard or any other situations that might cause harm to an employee, the cooperative or the general public.. Gives prompt courteous service to all customers.

Skills:

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a farm or agricultural setting including loader and forklift.
• Proficiency with hand tools for equipment maintenance and repair
• Basic math skills for measuring feed quantities and calculating formulas
