Facility and Pipeline Construction Foreman FLSA Status:

Carlsbad, New Mexico Reports to: Pipeline Construction Manager Position Summary The Facility & Pipeline Construction Foreman is responsible for the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are achieved, according to deadlines and budgetary constraints. The Facility & Pipeline Construction Foreman is the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless operations utilizing expert construction techniques, safety protocols, and team management ensuring the smooth progression of projects from planning to completion. Essential Functions Statement:
Ensures all safety and company-specific policies are followed. Reads and interprets project specific construction drawings. Identifies issues with drawing sets prior to construction and interfacing with Engineering Team to collaborate on correction. Schedules construction tasks and establishes performance and progress goals. Completes daily cost, time, and summary reports and ensures accuracy. Ensures required QAQC documentation is accurately completed for end of job records. Confirms accuracy of construction materials and work with procurement to schedule delivery to project site. Works with procurement to identify equipment needs and logistics. Forecasts construction timelines and provides status updates to clients on project. Provides input to project manager on upcoming bids and projects. Develops positive relationships with client representatives. Demonstrates Redbud values at all times and creates a positive work environment.

Supervisory Responsibility This role supervises the followings positions: Crew Pusher, Equipment Operator, Spotter, Laborer. Works in Tandem with Welding Foreman to supervise Welder, Welder Helper.

Dirt Heat Fumes Smoke Water Noise Vibration Grease, Oil Dust, Shavings Work Environment This job operates in a construction setting outdoors, in remote locations, and routinely uses physical abilities to perform tasks throughout the construction site. Some travel may be required. Work Hours and Schedule This is a full-time position with typical working hours Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule and hours may vary depending on business needs.
Required Education & Experience Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3 - 5 years related experience
Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email Preferred Education and Experience Education:
Professional License:
CWI, API
1069, or other relevant trade certification
Experience:
5 - 10 years related experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance.
