Job Description

Plant Operator Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking Plant Operators for our manufacturing facility in Dayton, NV. In this critical role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our standards. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a solid work ethic to maintain the safety and efficiency of our facility, uphold product quality, and coordinate plant operations to achieve optimal performance and productivity targets. $1000
Bonus:
$500 Stay bonus to be paid after 6 months of service and in good standing with our attendance policy. $500 more after 1 year of service and in good standing with our attendance policy.
Job Duties:
  • Participate in the Quality Process by monitoring fill weights, stacking and labeling correctly as per batch ticket.
  • Operate the filling machine, controller and line conveyors, and understand their design.
  • Take samples of material for testing.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in the end of shift cleaning.
  • Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor.
  • Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.
