Plant Operator A few incentives offered by the company upon hire:

Retention Bonus:

$5,000 paid quarterly.

Shift Differential:

An additional $2.00 per hour for second-shift positions at both locations.

Employee Referral Bonus:

A $5,000 bonus for referring an applicant to either location, paid after 180 days of continued employment for both parties.
