Job Description
Swing Shift:
Four 10-Hour Shifts Monday-Thursday, Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off! You're Not Just Filling Cylinders... Every cylinder you fill supports someone who depends on it. One day your work may supply oxygen to a hospital, CO₂ to a food processor or brewery, shielding gas to a manufacturer, or specialty gases to laboratories. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that produces an essential product safely and accurately, this could be the career you've been looking for. Every cylinder that leaves our facility represents quality, precision, and safety. A Day in the Life Your shift starts by reviewing production priorities with your team. Throughout the evening you'll inspect cylinders, fill a variety of compressed gases using modern automated equipment, verify quality, sort and stage cylinders, load delivery trucks, and keep product moving efficiently through the plant. Every day is a little different, and you'll stay busy from start to finish. Best of all? You'll enjoy three-day weekends every week with our four-day work schedule. What You'll Do Safely inspect, fill, test, and prepare medical, industrial, specialty, and high-pressure gas cylinders while following strict safety and quality standards. Inspect cylinders, valves, caps, and labels to ensure every product meets company and regulatory requirements. Operate computerized filling systems, manifolds, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment used throughout the fill plant. Load, unload, sort, and organize cylinders for customer deliveries and route trucks. Accurately complete quality control documentation required by DOT, FDA, OSHA, and company standards. Assist customers picking up cylinders at our dock with professionalism and outstanding service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Learn multiple gas products, filling procedures, and plant operations through hands-on training. Cross-train throughout the fill plant to become a versatile member of our operations team.
