$23.00-25.00/hr. Based on skills and experience

Schedule:

1st and 3rd shift "Swing Shift" will need to be flexible with working weekends. Will work 3 days on 2 days off work 4 days then 3 days off. Responsibilities:

You will be producing light weighted rocks out of recycled glass. Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program Monitor and adjust plant equipment (Kiln) to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise. Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis. Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner. Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly. Report on condition and items in need of maintenance. Operate forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Must be able to do repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic math and use of measuring tape.
