We're seeking motivated Power Plant Technicians to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a state-of-the-art gas-fired power facility. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with operations and maintenance experience who are looking to expand their technical skills and grow within a dynamic power generation environment. What You'll Do

+ Operate, monitor, and control plant systems from the control room

+ Execute plant startups, shutdowns, and equipment switching procedures

+ Respond to alarms, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support system reliability

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment

+ Coordinate maintenance activities while maintaining operational and commercial commitments

+ Develop and follow operating procedures to support safe and efficient plant performance

+ Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work, electrical safety, PPE requirements, and other safety programs

+ Train and mentor team members while continuing to develop technical expertise Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required + 2+ years of power plant, industrial, or related operations/maintenance experience preferred

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

+ Basic computer proficiency

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Must successfully complete the Power Plant Operations and Maintenance Selection System (POSS/MASS) assessment Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders, stairways, and elevated structures up to 75+ feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
