As a Water Operator , you'll be a key part of the operation—keeping water systems running safely and efficiently while gaining valuable field experience. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who want serious hours, strong paychecks, and long-term growth in the energy industry. 📍 Based out of Athens yard with travel to sites across Cranberry, Zelienople, Dubois, and into West Virginia 🔥 What You'll Do Monitor water systems, tanks, pumps, and equipment on active sites Set up and break down hoses, pumps, and jobsite equipment Keep frac operations running smoothly and safely Operate and maintain pumps, generators, and tools Load/unload and organize materials on-site Support team operations and communicate with supervisors Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times 💪 What It Takes 6+ months of experience in oil & gas, construction, general labor, landscaping, or similar Ability to work long hours (60-90 hrs/week) — BIG pay potential 💰 Comfortable with 12-14 hour shifts , including nights & weekends Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors Valid driver's license & clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety ✅ Bonus Points If You Have Equipment operation experience Oilfield or construction experience Willingness to learn and grow in the field 💰 Why You'll Want This Job $16-$18/hour + WEEKLY PAY Massive overtime potential (60-90 hrs/week!)
