This role is primarily local to DFW, with opportunities to support projects across Texas. Statewide travel is a plus but not mandatory. If you're someone who likes being in the field, staying hands-on, and building complex projects from the ground up, this is a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Support and lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily coordination Help drive safety, quality, and production on site Assist with 2-6 week lookaheads and keep the project on track Coordinate with Project Management and trade partners Solve problems in real time and keep the job moving What Projects Look Like Data Centers (ground-up / interior / mission critical) Food & Beverage Processing, Food Distribution, and Cold Storage Manufacturing and Industrial Facilities (Life Science, Aerospace, Pulp & Paper, etc.) Healthcare and Life Science Facilities Large-scale, fast-paced, technically complex builds What We're Looking For 3-7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role Background in data centers, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, life science, or similar Strong field presence and willingness to learn and grow Open to occasional travel within Texas (preferred, not required) Safety-focused with pride in delivering quality work Comp & Perks Competitive base + bonus Vehicle allowance Gas card Per diem provided for out-of-area / extended travel assignments Sign-on bonus Consistent project pipeline with no gaps between jobs If you're a Superintendent looking to grow, stay busy on strong projects, and be part of a team that values field leadership, apply here or reach out for a confidential conversation.
