Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our wet plant facilities, supporting our commitment to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor equipment within the wet plant to ensure optimal performance and safety. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant machinery and systems. Adjust process parameters to meet production specifications and quality standards. Record operational data accurately and report any anomalies or equipment malfunctions. Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency. Assist in start-up and shut-down procedures for plant operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plant equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
