Premium Plant Services, a leader in dry ice blasting, abrasive blasting, and hydroblasting services, is hiring a Field Supervisor to help us take the next leap forward in our growth. We are looking for someone with leadership skills in the field and outside of the field with a background in the oil, gas, and power gen industry that is mechanically inclined with machinery such as diesel engines and large air compressors. Basic Information Must love travel! We cover all travel costs, hotels, flights, plus daily per diem for food Travel nationally, work on site doing dry ice blasting at manufacturing plants, oil refineries, and power gen facilities Management Skills

• Field Services/ Managing Crew(s) and Daily Duties inside Plants Management Skills
• Off Site Duties/ Managing Crews during Daily Shop Maintenance/Activities Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs 100% training and certifications provided Requirements Must be able to commute to and from Webster, TX Have a valid driver's license Pass a driver's background check Must pass drug test and agree to random testing (required by our high security clients) Must have a high school diploma or GED Hours Week days Weekends 10-12 hour shifts 40 hours guaranteed + significant overtime Pay $25•30 an hour Overtime (time and a half over 40 hrs.
