Job Description
Looking for an experienced asphalt batch plant operator Experience operating a batch plant is preferred; however, we are willing to train an experienced drum mix plant operator to transition into batch plant operations. Job Responsibilities/Requirements Operate and monitor an asphalt batch plant to produce high-quality asphalt mixes. Ensure proper mix designs and production specifications are met. Monitor plant performance and make adjustments as needed. Coordinate with plant personnel, truck drivers, and management to maintain efficient production. Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain accurate production records and inventory.
