Mail Processor II#26-15478 Up to $18.56 per hour Scottsdale, AZ All On-site Job Description Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Mail Processor II for their Scottsdale, AZ location.

Responsibilities:

The job scope is working with the Client corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.

Requirements:

Verifyable High School Diploma Or Ged Required Effective verbal and written communications skills.

• Excellent time management skills.
• Be able to run:
• Neopost/ Pitney Bowes Class inserters
• Xerox production class printers Experience in a similar or related role Print or mail room setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)
