We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wide Format Graphic Installer to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time based on business needs and performance. Position Summary We are seeking a qualified individual with a positive, team-oriented attitude to support our fast-paced wide-format printing division. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Minimum of two years of experience installing large-format graphics. 3M Certification preferred. Experience operating large-format printing and finishing equipment is a plus. Knowledge of large-format substrates, materials, and installation techniques preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders, job specifications, and installation requirements. Install a variety of large-format graphics, including wall graphics, window graphics, signage, banners, vehicle graphics, and other visual display products. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct site measurements and verify installation requirements as needed for estimator. Safely operate company vehicles and travel to customer locations throughout Fresno and surrounding areas. Collaborate with production staff to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and work in various physical positions. Ability to work safely from ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
