Job Description

Business Data, Inc. (BDI) is a service organization steadfastly committed to meeting the needs of its customers. Our success is measured solely on this track, as we remain true to our customers' needs in keeping with our own goals. Description Position available in a unique production processing environment. Must be comfortable around a computer workstation with strong Windows familiarity. As needed, we will teach you the technical skills needed to grow and advance. Your responsibilities in this role Learn custom software along with processing procedures Process, modify and build custom samples Reviewing customer instructions prior to processing Inspecting jobs to ensure they are error free before submitting to customer Ensuring that job/production deadlines are met Handle customer emails, calls and/or tickets Daily processing of a variety of print documents Reporting production issues or problems to supervisors/management
Requirements:
  • Workstation familiarity with Windows and M/S Office (Excel, Outlook etc.) required. Basic graphic tools (e.g. InDesign) experience are a plus, but not required
  • 1-2+ years of experience working in a team environment within a business
  • Accuracy and attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and dependability
  • Disciplined, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work after hours and/or on weekends as needed
