We help creators, brands, and businesses turn artwork into real products through DTF transfers, apparel printing, and custom production. This is a production-driven environment. Output, quality, and problem-solving matter. Role We are hiring a Senior Print Technician who knows how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot print systems for our wide format printers & cutter, Mimaki UCJV 300-160, Roland TrueVIS VG3-640, and Graphtec Cutting Pro FC9000, . This role is for someone who takes ownership of machines, catches issues early, and keeps production moving without excuses. What you'll do Operate and monitor print equipment with consistency Manage print quality, color consistency, and workflow accuracy Troubleshoot machine, file, and output issues Handle routine maintenance and identify problems before they become downtime Work with RIP software and production files Support daily production planning and job flow Help build a more efficient production system over time What we need Experience with wide format, UV, or production print equipment Mimaki experience is a strong plus RIP software experience, ideally RasterLink (6Plus or 7) or similar Strong understanding of color, print setup, and output quality DTF and DTG experience is a plus Able to work fast without getting sloppy Takes responsibility instead of waiting to be told everything Work environment Hands-on production setting Fast pace Physical movement throughout the day No corporate fluff Important Every serious candidate must complete a paid trial shift before final hire.
