About Palicon Group Palicon Group is a Southern California based firm specializing in workplace investigations, security, and public safety consulting. Description We are seeking a professional, dependable, and computer-proficient Administrative Support to greet visitors, answer phones, provide administrative scanning support, and assist with daily office operations. This is a computer-intensive position that involves a high volume of document scanning, electronic filing, and digital record organization. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer/direct incoming calls Perform high-volume document scanning and digital filing Accurately name, organize, save, and retrieve electronic files Upload and attach documents to company systems Maintain organized electronic records and folders Perform data entry and general administrative duties Use Microsoft 365 applications for daily office tasks Required Qualifications Current working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and basic file/folder management Previous experience scanning documents and maintaining digital files Comfortable working with scanners, PDFs, electronic folders, and document-management systems Strong computer, typing, and data-entry skills Ability to save, rename, move, upload, and locate electronic documents without extensive assistance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, and punctual
