Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Onsite Services Representative / Copy & Print Associate for a top business services client. This individual will support a fast-paced corporate print production environment, serving as the primary resource for document production, print services, customer support, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience operating high-end print and copy devices, binding and finishing equipment, and producing polished business materials under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include printing, binding, assembling, and quality-checking presentations, pitchbooks, proposals, and other professional documents, while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This is an excellent 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finished products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to onsite stakeholders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and in person
  • Process high-volume copy, print, and document production requests
  • Produce, print, bind, and assemble professional business presentations, pitchbooks, proposals, and other client-facing materials
  • Review files for print readiness and quality assurance
  • Operate high-end print production and finishing equipment
  • Perform quality control checks prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and presentation quality
  • Log, track, and report print production activity
  • Maintain and clean reprographic equipment
  • Clear paper jams, replenish toner, and load paper supplies
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service support when needed
  • Deliver paper and supplies throughout the site
  • Assist with site procedure documentation and process improvements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Less than 1 year of related experience
  • Experience operating high-end print, copy, and production equipment
  • Experience with print production, finishing, and binding equipment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and technical proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to obtain required customer security clearances
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Willingness to comply with customer workplace policies and protocols
  • Prior copy/print center experience
  • Experience with multifunction printers and reprographic equipment
  • Advanced document finishing experience including binding, laminating, punching, sorting, and assembling
  • Experience logging and tracking customer requests
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing office services environment Experience supporting professional services, financial services, or corporate office
