This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a hands-on technician with real-world experience servicing and repairing wide format printers and production printing equipment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair wide format printers, DTF printers, and related production equipment Replace and align printheads Replace dampers, cap tops, pumps, wipers, and ink delivery components Perform printer maintenance, cleaning, flushing, and calibration Troubleshoot print quality issues, ink flow issues, and mechanical/electrical faults Install and configure printers and RIP software Perform firmware updates and machine setup Provide technical support to customers when needed Maintain service records and communicate repair status clearly Requirements Minimum 3 years experience working on wide format or DTF printers MUST have experience changing printheads, dampers, cap tops, and maintenance station components Strong understanding of ink systems and printer maintenance Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Epson i3200 / DX5 / DX7 printhead experience DTF production equipment UV printing systems RIP software experience (CADlink, Flexi, ONYX, RasterLink, VersaWorks, etc.) Network and software troubleshooting Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Location Boca Raton, Florida Important Applicants without hands-on printhead replacement and wide format printer repair experience will not be considered.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
