Job Description

ImpactRealities Media is hiring a Part-Time Podcast Camera Operator for our studio in Bradenton, Florida. This is an as-needed role scheduled around episode recordings. You'll run a professional 4-camera podcast setup, so we need someone who's technical, calm under pressure, and has a real eye for lighting.
What You'll Do:
Operate a 4-camera studio setup during live podcast recordings Run the video switchboard, managing live camera cuts between hosts and guests Operate the Rodecaster audio console for episode recording Set and adjust studio lighting for every recording session Monitor framing, focus, and audio levels throughout each episode Assist with studio setup and breakdown before and after recordings
What We're Looking For:
An eye for lighting: you know how to make people look good on camera and can spot when something is off Experience with multi-camera setups or live switching (or strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn) Familiarity with audio consoles (Rodecaster experience a plus) Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working live where there are no second takes Flexible availability for episode recording sessions
What We Provide:
Competitive hourly rate: 20 to 22 dollars per hour All professional studio equipment Consistent recurring work built around the recording schedule W-2 employment, part-time, as-needed Ideal candidates: Ringling College students, live production techs, church production volunteers with switcher experience, or anyone who lights and frames people well.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
