We are seeking an experienced Graphics & Pre Press Associate to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of assignments. The right candidate has great attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects at once while maintaining a neat, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Pre-press preparation of files. Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite. Sending files to and placing orders with vendors Work with customer service representatives (CSR) to create & adjust files for client approval. Communicate to the CSRs any discrepancies between the work order and graphics files Work in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a high level of accuracy. Preflight customer supplied files Maintain files on the server in an orderly fashion Impose jobs and send them to press Create and update online order system files
