Job Summary Printeez LLC is looking for an experienced Screen Printing Operator / Garment Printing Technician to join our growing production team. While previous screen printing experience is highly valued, this position also offers the opportunity to learn and operate our state-of-the-art DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment. We believe experienced garment decorators already possess many of the skills required to succeed with digital apparel printing, including production workflow, quality control, troubleshooting, color management, and equipment maintenance. As our company continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to cross-train on DTG printing, DTF production, embroidery, fulfillment operations, and production leadership. Responsibilities Operate manual and automatic screen printing equipment Set up jobs and prepare production runs Register artwork and ensure proper print alignment Mix inks and maintain color consistency Monitor print quality throughout production Clean and maintain screens, presses, and production equipment Perform routine equipment maintenance Learn and operate DTG and DTF printing equipment Maintain production efficiency and quality standards Ensure production meets daily quality and productivity goals Keep workstations organized and clean Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications 2+ years of screen printing experience Experience operating automatic screen printing presses (M&R, ROQ, Anatol, Workhorse, or similar equipment) is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Experience troubleshooting production issues Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Experience with DTG, DTF, embroidery, heat press equipment, or other garment decoration methods is considered an asset but is not required.
