Part-Time Camera Operator for IRL Streamer (Growth Opportunity)

Job Description:

Looking for a reliable and motivated camera operator to join me as I build my presence as an IRL (in-real-life) streamer across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Kick. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, daily position as the channel scales.

What You'll Do:

Follow and film me during live IRL streams Help maintain smooth, stable video while on the move Assist with basic setup and breakdown of streaming gear Stay alert and adaptable in fast-paced, public environments Be part of the content—capturing moments in real time

Equipment:

All main gear is provided (IRL backpack + Sony A7III) Familiarity with cameras/live streaming setups is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

Flexible schedule (part-time to start) Willingness to work more frequently as the stream grows Good energy, reliability, and awareness in public settings Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods Comfortable being around live streaming and unpredictable situations

Compensation:

Part-time pay to start (negotiable based on experience) Opportunity for increased pay and consistent daily work as the channel grows
