Job Description
Summary Eagle DTF Print is looking for a motivated Printer Operator to join our growing production team in Arlington Heights, IL. This role is responsible for producing high-quality DTF and UV DTF transfers while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in print production, digital graphics, manufacturing, or hands-on creative work. As part of our team, you will play an important role in helping Eagle DTF Print deliver vibrant, accurate, and durable products to customers across the United States. Training is provided for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor DTF and UV DTF printers to ensure consistent, high-quality output Prepare artwork files and ensure designs are print-ready Perform routine printer maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues Manage film, powder, and ink inventory to support smooth daily production Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly deadlines Follow safety and quality control procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Qualifications Previous experience with printing, screen printing, or digital print equipment is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures Basic computer skills required Adobe Illustrator or similar software experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Why Join Eagle DTF Print Training provided Competitive pay and growth opportunities Hands-on production and creative work environment Opportunity to work with modern DTF and UV DTF printing technology Supportive and collaborative team culture Real opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company
