This position offers an energetic environment focused on accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing product knowledge, conducting fingerprinting services, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors. Whether assisting customers at the register or performing biometric fingerprinting, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive success in this multifaceted role. About Us A Biometrics Fingerprinting U.S. Photo, Inc. is a locally owned downtown Chicago business providing Live Scan fingerprinting, ink fingerprinting, passport/ID photography, and notary-related services. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused team member. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent service Answer phone calls and emails Process payments and operate cash register Prepare customer records and invoices Perform passport and identification photography Learn and perform ink and Live Scan fingerprinting Review documents carefully for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized office Assist with general office duties as needed Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Basic computer skills Willingness to learn new procedures and equipment Able to commute reliably to downtown Chicago Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Why Work With Us?
