Position Summary The Demonstrator is responsible for delivering high-quality demonstrations and hands-on training to customers on Komori printing presses. This role is central to ensuring customers fully understand and can operate Komori equipment safely, efficiently, and productively. The Demonstrator will travel extensively to customer locations throughout the U.S. to perform demonstrations, provide operational training, and support customer proficiency on Komori systems. The ideal candidate is a skilled press operator or technician with strong customer-facing abilities and a passion for teaching others. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate press operations to prospective and existing customers during sales demonstrations and onsite visits. Train customer press operators on all aspects of press operation, including safety, workflow, maintenance, and production efficiency. Conduct visual inspections and performance testing on machinery and equipment. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers at all levels, providing insights into how Komori products can enhance productivity and quality. Support customers in consultative capacities, including optimization programs and workflow improvements. Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience operating or servicing printing presses (Komori experience strongly preferred). Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical training preferred. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

Basic understanding of digital workflows, press controls, and reporting tools. Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and printing equipment. Occasional exposure to heights, fumes, chemicals, and electrical components. Noise levels range from moderate to loud depending on customer site. Physical Requirements Frequently lift or move up to 75 lbs. Regularly stand, walk, reach, use hands, speak, and hear. Frequently sit, climb, kneel, crouch, and balance. Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
