Full Job Description Duties:

• Operate and maintain printing equipment, such as screen printing machines, presses, and CNC machines.
• Set up and prepare printing materials, including screens, inks, and substrates.
• Perform prepress tasks, such as preparing artwork files, adjusting colors, and creating layouts.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and clients to ensure print designs meet specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble printed materials, such as signs, banners, posters, and promotional items.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience:

• Proven experience in screen printing, prepress, layout design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with print advertising techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in operating printing equipment and software programs used in the industry.
• Experience with CNC machining is a plus.

Skills:

• Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in print production processes.
• Time management: Capable of meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
