Our new Team Member will be responsible for the following:

• Assembly and set of new equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines and MFPs.
• Connecting and programming new and existing machine functions such as scanning.
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Teaching customers how to operate their office equipment.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory.
• Online continuing education.
• Communicating with clients about their install/repair. Our new Team Member should have the following skills:
• Have technical and mechanical abilities
• Basic IT knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good Attendance/dependability record
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience is preferred, but not an absolute.
• Be able to lift (up to 45lbs), bend and twist. Our new Team Member can enjoy the following benefits with our company:
