Qualifications and responsibilities for this Printing Technician position include: Direct industrial textile experience using flatbed and/or rotary-screen printing equipment Strong knowledge of printing-machine functions, process components, setup, troubleshooting, and defect resolution Ability to support department operations while remaining actively involved in daily production Willingness to work onsite in Stearns, Kentucky, and relocate if necessary ZIMMER equipment experience is preferred but not required Help coordinate production priorities and support operators while keeping the manager informed Diagnose machinery and printing-process issues; ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule Monitor quality, address printing defects, train and develop production employees, and manage printing inventory and supplies

Salary:

$100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
