Electronic File Manipulation & Plate Making:

Receive, , and sort iing electronic standard and custom orders. Locate electronic order files and align them to appropriate art templates, making minor adjustments before outputting files to plate making equipment.

Production Efficiency & Organization:

Locate and match archived proof sheets to iing orders. Group production orders by stock, ink, color, and quantity to ensure maximum press-line ing efficiency.

Equipment Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Clean, maintain, and replenish chemicals and plate materials as needed. Troubleshoot digital plate making equipment and escalateplex machinery issues when necessary. Candidates for Prepress Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Technical & Software Experience:

Prior experience working withputers to manipulate andanize electronic files. Strong preference for candidates with experience operating Macputers and graphic arts programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Freehand.

Professional Skills:

Must possess intermediate to advancedputer skills, excellentanizational capabilities, and strong oral and writtenmunication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environment, handle multiple changing priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. What's in this Prepress Technician position for you?

Pay Details:
