Your Responsibilities:

Triage all client printer/copier calls. Prior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers and printers, experience with Ricoh is a plus. Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area. Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed. Collaborate with manufacturers and supervisors by opening tickets and escalating calls when required. Provide accurate feedback with call-closed information, part usage reporting, and customer meter readings. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.

Your Qualifications:

Previous experience servicing printers/copiers is required. A positive professional demeanor with a Team Spirit Must possess excellent verbal and written technical communication skills. Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology. High school diploma or equivalent.
